WAYFINDING
Demoss Hall at Liberty University is truly a hard building to navigate. The signage already in place is not adequate enough to help visitors get to where they need to go effectively. This project focused on redesigning signage for the building.
UNIVERSAL DESIGN
As the population gets older, many people are looking for homes that are universally designed. This project emphasized the importance of designing spaces that are functional for all people. This assignment asked students to design a bedroom, bathroom, and closet that were fully ADA compliant. They were also to keep in mind the furniture, fixtures, and equipment that would assist in universal design.
